Will Banfield’s four-year-old son Quince experiences mysterious visions, but he needs help finding the words to describe what he is seeing.

Desperate to understand what Quince is going through, Will fully embraces speech therapy, which seems like the only means of accessing his son’s world. And while each session with Ms. Nora brings little Quince further out of his shell, shedding more and more light onto the secrets lurking in his head, every answer only seems to give rise to a host of new questions. And through his floundering efforts to help Quince, a dark truth slowly reveals itself to Will: there may be more at stake than merely the well-being of his son.

Everything depends on Quince somehow finding his voice.
